Three homes are being built here. Arizona state law allows a landowner to knock down a saguaro, but if it is to be sold or moved to a different location a permit from the Department of Agriculture is required. This land has a wash running through it at 16th Avenue and Sixshooter Road in Pinal County, Arizona, east of Apache Junction.

The Realtor says the saguaro along the dirt portion of 16th Avenue was moved under permit and transferred to the landscaping company affilated with Diamonte Homes, the home builder.
